Hi Everybody!
A bunch of girls from our age group all got together at the Rogers’ home in Maryland this weekend to spend some time with each other and catch up. It was so much fun, and we thought that you might want to see a picture of all of us! It was incredible that despite all of our time apart, we immediately picked up right where we left off and it felt as though our 15 year old summer was yesterday… It really shows that camp friends are irreplaceable.
Best Wishes,
Jacki, Emma, Taylor, Pooky, Jessica, Katie, Izzie, Becca, Caroline, Reedy, and Sophie

Luther Gulick believed in play and physical education in all environments and was one of the early proponents for city playgrounds in New York.  This is a playground near Chinatown dedicated to him – http://www.nycgovparks.org/parks/M065/highlights/7341 .    The Van Winkles visited the park after the New York slide show.

Next time we’ll bring Ping Pong paddles.

google maps view of the park.

Gatherings are for cars too.  Two Wohelo Subarus of Lynn Hodgson and Julie Wilson met at Atlanta Audubon.

It is Winter at Wohelo for sure.   Notice new bench in front of the Boathouse.

An open water sunset above in mid-January.   It was -10 degrees out this morning and the ice is forming quickly.   If it freezes correctly we might be the host of the world ice boating championships next weekend.
